A: The board represents the Autumn Crest Homeowners. Among other things, they:
coordinate the care and maintenance of common property
call and chair the yearly meeting of Association members
appoint the Architectural Committee members
set the budget, levies and collects dues, and pays bills
address violations of covenants and bylaws

A: The Board is required by and operates within the authority of the By-Laws Sections III, IV, V, VI, and VII. The board also has guidelines that are used to help make consistent decisions..

A: Board members are elected by the Autumn Crest homeowner association at the annual meeting in March and serve a three-year term.
