The annual Autumn Crest Homeowners Association (ACHA) meeting will be held at Valley Bible Church on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Valley Bible Church is located at 3021 S. Sullivan Rd, Spokane Valley, WA, just south of the intersection of S. Sullivan Rd. and E. Saltese Rd. The doors will open at 6:00 pm. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. and will adjourn by 8:30 p.m. Please use the North entrance.
Some items to note:
Approval of the minutes from the last annual meeting will be summarized. Please read last year's meeting minutes on-line to comment on any item. See autumncrestha.org and click on “Annual Meeting”
Please review the proposed budget. This budget will be considered pursuant to WUCIOA RCW 64.90.525.
Election of Board Members (three-year term; if interested please the board)

If you cannot attend, please consider giving your proxy vote to a trusted neighbor who is willing to advocate for you. The proxy enables your neighbor to vote for you. Each property is allowed one vote that may be cast only by an owner or the person holding a proxy for that owner. Alternatively, your proxy form may be hand delivered or mailed to the Secretary, Adrian DaSilva, at 15306 E. 22nd Ave. by 12pm, October 3, 2023. We must have a quorum of 20 homeowners represented, either in-person or by proxy, to conduct the meeting.
Please mark your calendar for the meeting and plan to come. This is your chance to help direct the course of the neighborhood for the coming year.
