Some items to note:

• Minutes from the last annual meeting will be summarized.  Please read last year's meeting minutes found on the ACHA website (link below).

• Please review the proposed budget on the ACHA website (link below).  This budget will be considered pursuant to WUCIOA RCW 64.90.525.

• Nominate and elect new Board Members (three-year term; if interested please contact the board). We are looking for three new board members as we are having two members leave the board this year.

• If you have any new business, concerns, or motions, please contact the board ahead of time so that we can block time for discussion.

If you cannot attend, please consider giving your proxy vote to a trusted neighbor who is willing to advocate for you.  The proxy enables your neighbor to vote on your behalf. Each property is allowed one vote that may be cast only by an owner or the person holding a proxy for that owner.  Alternatively, your proxy form may be hand-delivered or mailed to the Secretary, Leasa Wheeler, by 12pm, October 6, 2026.  We must have a quorum of 20 homeowners represented, either in-person or by proxy, to conduct the meeting - your attendance is important!

This meeting is your chance to help direct the course of the neighborhood for the coming year - please plan to attend!
